Editamos my.cnf

Cambaimos los valores que nos interesan

datadir
bind-address
innodb_data_file_path = ibdata1:1024M:autoextend:max:2048M

Configuramos la base de datos

emerge --config =dev-db/mariadb-10.0.16
/etc/init.d/mysql start
rc-update add mysql default
